Well this year has been extremely rough. My dad finally passed away back in Feb and last month I lost my job and i'm kind of lost and don't know where to go Annie has been the only ray of light this year and without her i'd be completely lost. Even so I am having some real struggles.
so with a heading like that you'd think i went out and did a bunch of really cool stuff. honestly i simply met the most amazing girl i have ever met and we clicked like i have never clicked before. Our first dad was Saturday January 31st. We had dinner at Chanosos an Asian fusion restaraunt in Windsor Ontario. Her name is Annie Li and she is wonderful. It has only been a little over a week but we are really enjoying our time with eachother and I already feel very lucky to have met her.
A quick update since my last post was so long ago..... My father is not doing so well. The doctor feels that the cancer has reached the end of it's course and she is only giving dad months to live, but people have come back from worse so we are hoping and praying for the best.
Also with how bad the economy is I am a little worried for my job but we'll see what happens.
So far this week has been great.... Nikkia from the office in Detroit came down here to Indianapolis with me we are working with the Boss and one other person down here. Nikkia talked me into going to a Hibachi restaurant down here the first night, it rocked!!!! The fire, the cook bouncing food into one of the little kids mouths, making a onion volcano spewing fire about 4 feet high, it was amazing. Today while working we had to get info from a winery lol so we did a wine taswting and i picked up some wine. Then tonight Nikkia and I went to cheeseburger in paradise, great restaurant, we had a few drinks shared some mini burgers and then i went and played the bongo with the guy who was doing live music for the restaurant. So far a geat week
Last weekend Brandon and Beth got married!! it was a great wedding and I had fun got to swing dance a little (while dressed up in my tux, i stood up in the wedding) hung out with my friend annie a little and I got to see my grandma so it turned out to be a great weekend.
